Magnolia State Bank

has merged with BankFirst!

While the two banks have officially merged as of July 1, 2025, Magnolia State Bank and its branches will continue to operate independently, as usual, while both banks work toward integrating systems and operations into BankFirst through the conversion scheduled for November 14–17, 2025. Outside of the change in ownership, both banks will continue with business as usual, and your Magnolia State Bank team of local bankers will continue to be here to serve you during and after the transition.
