If you die as a direct result of a Covered Accident within 365 days from the date of the accident, you're covered for $25,000 accidental death coverage. If you die as a result of a Covered Accident while traveling on a Common Carrier, you're covered for $100,000 death benefit. 4 To earn 3% cashback on fuel purchases, you must connect your powered by BaZing checking account through Plaid and complete 20 qualifying debit card transactions each month. Qualifying transactions can include everyday purchases, such as fuel, groceries, coffee, or online shopping. Only qualifying transactions that post to and clear your account during the monthly qualification cycle (within calendar month) count toward the 20 transaction minimum, and fuel purchases within the month will have cashback calculated once the 20-transaction limit is met. The following transaction types are specifically excluded from the qualifying transaction count: ATM withdrawals; Account-to-account transfers; Deposits; Refunds, credits, or reversals; Pending or declined transactions; Any other transaction types deemed non-qualifying at our sole discretion. Cashback rewards are deposited into your account monthly, up to a maximum of $5 per month. For complete program details, please refer to the BaZing Fuel Cashback Terms and Conditions. The BaZing Fuel Cashback program may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
