Application for Employment Policy
It is the policy of BankFirst to accept applications for employment in the following manner.
We will accept applications at any time during normal working hours and resumes at any time when submitted in person or by email.
Please check the Win Job Center in your area for any available positions.
Applications and resumes will be considered for ninety calendar days from the date of receipt. Additional time for consideration will be given when applicants notify the bank – in person, by phone, email or in writing, that they are still available for employment. Additional time will be ninety days from the date of the subsequent notice. The bank will not advise applicants when their time expires.
At the time applicants, who present resumes, are being considered for openings, they will usually be asked to complete the Bank's application forms. This will be predicated upon the content of the resume and the Bank's need for additional information, disclosure of Employment at Will, Self ID Veterans and Handicap notices, and authority to obtain investigative reports and references, etc.
The reception of applications and resumes will be managed in a consistent manner with no regard to sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, race, color, religion, national origin, age, genetic or family history information or disability or protected veteran status.
